Making Change Liberia operates through a community-based model, combining local leadership with international partnerships. The organization provides: Education programs for children and youth, including school construction, teacher training, support menstrual Hygiene for girl school. Health initiatives such as vaccination drives promotion, maternal and child health programs, and community health education. Economic empowerment through microfinance, vocational training, and entrepreneurship support. Disaster response and recovery during crises like the Ebola outbreak and the COVID-19 pandemic. Market Opportunity
Liberia, like many countries in West Africa, faces significant challenges in healthcare access, education quality, and economic development. The country has a population of over 4.5 million, with a large portion living in poverty and lacking access to basic services.

Achievements
During Ebola and COVID-19
Making Change Liberia has played a crucial role in responding to two of the most significant public health crises in Liberia’s history: the 2014–2016 Ebola outbreak and the 2020–2022 COVID-19 pandemic.
Ebola Response (2014–2016)
Community Engagement: Making Change Liberia worked closely with local leaders and communities to build trust and educate people about the Ebola virus. Health Education: The organization conducted mass awareness campaigns to reduce stigma and encourage early reporting of symptoms re out to 50,000 inhabitants. Healthcare Support: It provided training for local health workers, supplied 4,000 set Hand washing Materials to spot on areas, and supported the SBC of the health facilities workers. Recovery Efforts: After the outbreak, the organization helped rebuild community health systems and support mental health services for survivors Counselling and Social Behavior Change.
COVID-19 Response (2020–2022)
Health Education: Making Change Liberia launched vaccination drives and health education campaigns to combat misinformation and promote public health measures. Economic Support: The organization provided food assistance, healthcare support, and microfinance programs to help families affected by the pandemic. Community Leadership: It trained local health workers and community leaders to serve as health promoters and support Government promotion vaccination facilitator
International Collaboration: The organization partnered with international health agencies and local governments to ensure a coordinated response. Business Plan for Investment

This research will provide a comprehensive understanding of these areas, helping to identify key areas for intervention, investment, and sustainable development.
Making Change- Liberia and Partners propose research that aims to investigate the propose interventions in three key development areas in Liberia: 1. hemp production, 2.Infrastructure development, and 3. Renewable energy. MCL and investment partners will conduct a research focus on identifying current challenges, opportunities, and potential interventions to support sustainable economic growth, improved living standards, and environmental resilience in Liberia. The research will provide actionable recommendations for policymakers, investors, and development agencies.
